A Celebration of all things that support us in our quest for wellbeing!!

“There is something for everyone!”

 

Each year, University staff and students come together with local artists and organisations to take part in an afternoon of FREE food, fun, and activities, to celebrate and showcase the diversity of what Portsmouth has to offer in supporting, encouraging, and inspiring us all in maintaining our personal wellbeing.  

Inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing, the activities will offer opportunities to:

Be Active   Keep Learning  Connect   Give Take Notice

 

Planned activities include:

  • Meet and Greet from Portsmouth Football Club first team players
  • Free food tasting
  • Performances and entertainment from some of the university’s many societies
  • Craft workshops
  • Photography workshop
  • Get Active taster sessions courtesy of Sport and Rec.
  • ...and lots of information and advice for all things wellbeing!

There will be giveaways and raffle prizes, and wellbeing staff to chat to – all under one roof!

No need to book – just turn up!

Follow us on social media for updates on the festival schedule – release date: January 2019.

The Wellbeing Café will also run co-ordinated Five Ways to Wellbeing events in the lead up to the Festival – every Wednesday in term-time, at Café Coco, 4-5:30pm.
