This article will provide you with advice on how to pay your University halls of residences fees. Please note this is University halls only, please see this article if you are in a third party provider.

Halls of residences fees are due at the beginning of each term, unless a Direct Debit or automatic credit/debit card instruction has been submitted. If this is the case a payment plan will be sent to your University email account or to the payer. No discount is offered for accommodation fee settlement.

Paying by credit/ debit card or Paypal

This is the most efficient way to pay, click here to go through to WebPay. Chose the one off card payment option for immediate payment.

Paying by Direct Debit Instruction or Recurring Card Payment Instruction

If you have submitted an instalment instruction you may select an 8 x monthly instalment plan from October to May.

To set up a payment plan, please read the instructions below:

  • You can register for a payment plan through Webpay by choosing either the credit/ debit card instalment or direct debit payment options depending on which you prefer. Click here for guidance on the Direct Debit Guarantee.
  • Do not enter any fee amounts on webpay as you are just setting up the plan.
  • Your payment plan will be sent to you (or the payer) by email following receipt of this instruction. This could take a few days.
  • When completing an instalment instruction, please note that clicking "Pay Now" at the end of the Webpay process does not take money from your account. This only happens if you have chosen the option to pay immediately.
  • Set this up on Webpay.
