We know how important access to IT and the wireless network is for our students, so we have prepared the following IT induction which will help you get up and running as soon as you have completed your Pre-arrival registration.

Student IT Survival Guide
As a new student there are certain things you will want to know straight away, like how to access your account, how to connect to the network or where to get IT support from. This guide aims to collate some of the useful information for a new student and provide everything you wanted to know about your IT support but were afraid to ask.
MyPort: A knowledge base containing a searchable database of information
Self Service Portal: An online portal where you log IT faults. Service Desk: Phone: 023 9284 7777 or extension 7777 from an internal phone
Service Status: This service will inform you of any known issues with IT.
