This article will tell you how to get a replacement parchment.
The parchment is a coloured certificate showing only the overall award data ie name of student, award title, classification and date of award, this is different from a transcript. Replacement Transcripts should be applied for direct from your department of study. The Transcript is a separate document and a separate charge applies.
Replacements for award parchments can be provided should your original become lost or damaged.
The cost for a replacement award parchment is £35.00 for one parchment and £10.00 for each further parchment of the same award ordered at the same time to a maximum of five. This charge is inclusive of postage.
To submit your award details for verification and to obtain a validation code for purchase online please complete and submit this replacement parchment form.
Persons other than the award holder who apply for a replacement award parchment will require the written permission of the award holder to do so.
