There are three types of student representative:
Sabbatical Officers - Sabbatical Officers are annually elected to work full time for a year, representing four key areas of student life at the highest level in both the Union and the University.
Student Officers - Student Officers represent our minority groups to ensure that your voice is heard. The ten student officers cover everything from disability through to ethnicity and are part time volunteer roles.
Course Representatives - Course Reps are nominated to represent a particular course and year group, they are a first point of contact should any issues arise on your course. Committee Members - Each student group is led by committee members who may also be elected onto an executive committee to help represent your opinion across the Union’s democratic structures.
