This article provides information regarding submitting ideas to the Students’ Union.

You can now go to the Union website and go to the 'Have Your Say' section where you can submit an online form or alternatively go straight to one of the 12 ‘Have your say’ Zone meetings and submit your idea in the room.

Upon opening the form you will be asked to complete the following sections:

  • Your contact details

  • Student Number: This is the number you use to log into your University account

  • Your Faculty: This is the faculty that your course falls under

  • Choose a Zone: Select from a choice of 12 zones from a drop down menu. You have a choice of 12 ‘Have your say’ Zones to select from.

  • Explain your Idea: This is where you tell us about your idea. This can be visionary, factual etc the most important thing is that you convey your passion for change into words.

  • How would your ideas benefit students: This where you tell us what you hope to achieve and how this is beneficial to students.

  • If you don’t want to go online you can take your idea to the meeting. Attend one of the zone meetings and we will provide you with a form to complete. This is then given to the Chair.
