If you have harmed yourself, or are intending to do so now as you read this, then you should seek support from your GP who has 24 hour responsibility for your care. If you are at risk of harming yourself, you can call this free NHS service (free from both mobiles and landlines) anytime, day or night, and on every day of the year. Just dial 111.
