This article will inform you on what happens if an idea is submitted to the wrong zone through the Have Your Say campaign.

A member of admin staff will have constant access to the ideas. If they feel as though the idea could be in the wrong place, then they can suggest an alternative zone for it to be placed in.

If students are unsure of which zone they should submit their idea to, admins can provide guidance. The ‘I don’t know’ category can be used if the student is still unsure. This way, the admin staff can ensure that it is correctly allocated.

Where possible, guidance from the Good Governance Officer can be utilised.
