How much are my tuition fees going to be?
Tuition fees are charged on an annual basis. To see how much your tuition fees will be for this year, please visit ‘How much are the fees for my course?’.
Are there any additional costs I am expected to pay?
You may have additional costs related to your course. If so, details are available in our ‘Additional Study Costs’ documents available at ‘How much are the fees for my course?’.
Also some International (i.e. non-EEA) students are required to pay a £2,000 deposit before coming to the University. If this is the case you will be informed in your offer email. Please see ‘Do I need to pay any fees in advance?’. Should you have any queries regarding this, please contact email@example.com. When you come to pay your fees, the deposit you have paid will be deducted from the full tuition fees.
Am I entitled to any discounts on my tuition fees?
There are various discounts available to students in relation to tuition fees. Some are scholarships specific to your departments, some our discounts based on your previous study here and some are based on you paying your fees in full.

When will I receive my invoice?
Your official invoice will be produced once you have registered online onto your course and we have reached your course’s start date. If you require an invoice prior to this, we can provide a proforma invoice which you can pay against. To request a proforma invoice, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When do I need to pay my tuition fees?
You will have 14 days from the date of your official invoice to pay your tuition fees in full to receive a 2% discount (please deduct the 2% before paying your tuition fees) or to set up an instalment plan/arrangement with our Finance Department. Please see below for details of how to pay.
How do I pay my tuition fees?
You can either pay your fees yourself, or you may have someone paying for you. For ways to pay, please see ‘Tuition fee payment options – how and when’.
If you have a student loan, please also see ‘Student Finance Tuition Fee and Maintenance Loans - what I need to know’.
If you are being sponsored, please also see ‘Sponsor paying my tuition fees – what I need to know’.
If you have a Professional and Career Development Loan, please also see ‘Professional and Career Development Loan (PCDL) – what I need to know’.

What if I think I have been invoiced incorrectly?
If you believe you may have been invoiced incorrectly, please contact email@example.com informing us why you think it may be incorrect and we will be able to look into your record for you.
If you believe you shouldn’t have been invoiced because Student Finance England/Wales/Northern Ireland or the Scottish Awards Agency are paying your fees and you have received a letter from them, please email a scanned copy of this to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you believe you shouldn’t have been invoiced because your sponsor is paying your fees, please ask your sponsor to complete an RE2 form and send it to email@example.com. Please see ‘Sponsor paying my tuition fees – what I need to know’ for further details.
