This article will inform you of whether you will have to continue to pay your halls of residence fees if you have been asked to leave.

Liability to pay halls fees following exclusion

If you are asked to leave your hall of residence, either temporarily or permanently for breaking the terms and conditions of the accommodation agreement, you remain liable for the hall fees until the end of your occupancy period. If the University is able to re-let the room, the hall fees liability will be reassessed.
