The University's Sport and Recreation Department offers a variety of lessons for both members and non-members. Each year we offer a fitness class programme (run from Spinnaker Sports Centre) for students to enjoy. This includes the following classes:

As well as the class programme, lessons are available via our Get Active, Stay Active programme. Students can have lessons in anything, from trampolining to paddle boarding, there are numerous opportunities to pick-up a new skill during your time here at University.
