The Nursery is registered with OFSTED as a Daycare facility, and the normal operating hours are 8.30am-5.30pm.
Parents may collect their children at any time they wish but are requested to arrive no later than 5.25pm, so that the staff can exchange information about the child’s day before the Nursery closes at 5.30pm.
Parents will be given one warning on the first incidence of a late collection. After this, parents are charged the price of a whole session every time they collect their child late.
Persistent lateness when collecting children will result in the withdrawal of the child’s Nursery place.
