If your fees have been overpaid, the income team will arrange for the refund to be made to the person that originally made the payment and, where possible, by the same payment method.
For example, if the payment was made on-line using a debit or credit card, the refund will be made back to the card account.
Refunds are not given high priority during the registration periods, so it is recommended that you email the Finance Department at email@example.com if you are expecting a refund.
