In the first instance, ensure that you have submitted your application correctly - the ‘Welcome to Portsmouth’ Student Finance page may help you to check this. You can review the status of your loan on the Student Finance England website.
Once you have done this, please provide an update to the Finance department on +44 (023) 9284 5533 or by email to email@example.com
If you have submitted your application correctly or are unsure why the loan hasn’t been released, you can go to our Student Finance Centre (2nd Floor, Student Advice Services Reception, The Nuffield Centre, St. Michael's Road, Portsmouth PO1 2ED) where a drop-in service is available along with a dedicated phone line to Student Finance England.
