This article explains the information that is given to parents about fees for University.
Unfortunately, parents do not receive anything from the Finance department concerning fees. The student is our customer so all information is sent directly to them.
The exception to this is if fees are being paid by instalment and a 3rd party completes the mandate with their bank or card details. In these circumstances the 3rd party will receive the advance notice of instalments/due dates plus any follow up correspondence, should that be necessary.
If a student would like us to discuss any fee issues with a 3rdparty, they’ll need to request and complete a third party disclosure form, providing us with the authority to do so. This is available from email@example.com.
Please note that discussing matters with a 3rd party or accepting payment on a student’s behalf, does not affect the student liability.
