Instructions for use

To use the PC

[LOGO] Press [LOGO] on the touch panel to switch the data projector on.

[Projector

Left/Right]

For rooms with multiple screens, please select the screen you would like to project on to by selecting [PROJECTOR LEFT/RIGHT] on the touch panel.
Switch PC on    
Login  Login with network - login using your University computer account details as normal to use the University network.
OR
Login without network - to use the PC without the university network, check the 'Workstation only' box on the login screen and log in with username = standalone and leave the password field blank.
[COMPUTER] Press [COMPUTER] on the touch panel to select the PC as the source to be displayed.

 

To use the visualiser

[Power] Turn the visualiser on/off by lifting/lowering the arm.
[Visualiser] Press [Visualiser] on the touch panel to select the visualiser as the source to be displayed.

 

To use a laptop

[LOGO] Press [LOGO] on the touch panel to switch the data projector on.

[Projector

Left/Right]

For rooms with multiple screens, please select the screen you would like to project on to by selecting [PROJECTOR LEFT/RIGHT] on the touch panel.
Connect Laptop Plug the available VGA lead into the back of the laptop.
[Laptop] Press [Laptop] on the touch panel as the source to be displayed.
[HDMI] To use HDMI, connect your lead to the input port located to the right of the control panel and select [Laptop] on the touch panel.

 

For DVD playback

[LOGO] Press [LOGO] on the touch panel to switch the data projector on.

[Projector

Left/Right]

For rooms with multiple screens, please select the screen you would like to project on to by selecting [PROJECTOR LEFT/RIGHT] on the touch panel.
[DVD] Press [DVD] on the touch panel to select the player as the source to be displayed.  The controls for the DVD player are displayed on the control panel.

 

To Turn Off

[System Off] Press [ON/OFF] button the on the panel, and then press [YES] on the touch screen, to turn off the system.
